BEFORE INSERTING YOUR LENSES

PREPARE

  • Before wearing the lenses for the first time place the lenses in fresh contact lens solution for at least 4 hours.
     

  • Wash your hands with a soap that does not contain oils, lotions, or perfumes.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

  • Do not sleep with your lenses on. 
     

  • Change frequently the care solution to keep the lenses moisturized and fresh. 

INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO INSERT YOUR LENS

  1. Place the clean "right" lens on the tip of the index or middle finger of your dominant hand, and pull down the lower lid with the middle or ring finger of the same hand. Use your other hand to hold the upper lid firmly open. 
     

  2.  Look directly at the lens or into a mirror and place the lens directly on the cornea (the large colored circle in the center of your eye).
     

  3. Slowly remove your fingers and blink your eye to adjust the contact lens.

HOW TO REMOVE YOUR LENS

  1. Before touching the lens wash your hands.
     

  2. Look up and pull down the lower lid with the middle finger of the same hand that is holding the lens. Pull the upper lid gently with the middle finger of the other hand.
     

  3. Use the index finger and the thumb of the other hand to pull the lens down and remove without excessively folding the lens.
     

  4.  Place the lenses into the lens case with solution.
