When you place an order at www.louvanni.com you will recieve an order confirmation. Make sure that you have entered your e-mail address correctly before placing an order. The order confirmation serves as a receipt where you can see all details about your order. You will later recieve an e-mail when we have shipped your order.

LOUVANNI is based in Sweden and provides worldwide shipping. Shipping cost and delivery time will be displayed before you place an order at our website. Ceck delivery & returns for more information about shipping time for your region.

We only accept returns within 15 days from receiving the order. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, quality problems and other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement. If you would like to return an item you are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

All our prices at www.louvanni.com is shown including VAT. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Please note that we offer free shipping in Sweden. Prices may change at any time, but changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.
